We bought our first sheep in 2014. Since that time our herd has grown to include goats and sheep of many varieties. Each spring we welcome new lambs and kids. Our herd is guarded by our Alpacas, Cappucinno and Leche who watch over the flock like a mother hen.
In addition to olives, we've planted a variety of crops, so each year we enjoy a harvest of padron and shishito peppers, different kinds of heirloom tomatoes, apples and berries.
